The client is a US-based technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management service provider serving the transportation and logistics needs of their customers. The client uses a proprietary technology platform to compile freight & logistics data from its network of 24,000 motor, rail, and air freight transportation providers. They offer services in various transportation modes, including truckload, less-than truck-load, small parcel, inter-modal, domestic air, expedited, and international transportation services.

Project Requirements

The client was looking for cost-effective and efficient Document Management and Track & Trace (TNT) operations. Each transaction required all associated documents to be collected within stringent timelines. For all the completed transactions, the carriers are to be timely paid, customers are to be billed on time and any discrepancies need to be quickly resolved.
