Suma Soft deployed its CKROSS Platform for this customer with a workflow configured to source Loan Applications from across the country to Suma Soft’s central processing location at Pune.
The platform enables quick workflow configuration with both Mobile and Web frontend. This allows flexibility to the sales & credit team to use the platform as per their convenience.
Sales executives create a Login of a case in the system and scan documents required for processing the loan via Mobile / Tablet / Desktop scanner. The login is received at the central processing location and quickly processed and forwarded to credit team located at client head office. The platform is equipped to handle any escalations with detailed set of reasons provided in the system at all stages. Reprocessing of escalated case was also possible through the platform. Tracking of Loan application was made easy with this platform as per the reporting structure of the organization. The platform had wide range of reports which helps determine the exact status of Loan.
