  • Suma Soft was founded in 2000 under the able guidance of Mr. Pramod Naralkar and Mr.Surendra Brahme with a potential focus on IT and ITES services.
  • The founders had established Suma Soft with an aim of delivering impeccable customer satisfaction by offering services at optimal costs.
  • Gained First over-seas customer: US-based Subscription Management company worth $1 million.
  • Suma Soft moved its operations to a 25000sqft state-of-the-art business complex
  • Achieved first ISO 9001 Certification for high-class Quality Management System. As per this, the services that Suma Soft provides are quality checked at each level to deliver accurate and seamless results.
  • Suma Soft achieved its first BS7799 Security Standard Certificate which was later converted to ISO 27001 certification; that is awarded for following best practices in Information Security Management.
  • Also expanded business offerings and entered the logistics industry in USA
  • Suma Soft entered the non-banking finance company (NBFC) market in India.
  • The NBFC sector includes all financial sectors except the banks. Suma Soft provides varied operational, software related, tech support and other services to NBFC companies.
  • Suma Soft became Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, CERT-IN (www.cert-in.org.in) empanelled provider for IT Security Audit Solutions since 2012

  • Suma Soft achieved Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification (STQC) Empanelment from office of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology(DeitY), Government of India.This allows Suma Soft to perform functionality testing, performance testing, application security testing, vulnerability analysis and penetration testing services across industry verticals
  • Suma Soft completed 16 years of working with leading Logistics and Supply Chain companies in US, Banks and mortgage industry in USA and NBFC alongside ITES companies in India.

Pramod is the Chairman of Suma Soft who renders the business strategies and vision for Suma Soft.
Pramod has done B.Tech from IIT Mumbai, and MS from Duke University, USA. On returning to India, he focused on expanding his business and today has one of the biggest Real Estate Companies in Pune. He is known as a veteran businessman in the community and has extensive trade relationships with varied large Indian Business Houses and Multinational Companies. His success has rested on his professional plus ethical commercial practices and sound business philosophies.

He is the President and Head of Suma Soft’s delivery department. He is responsible for delivery of services and projects.

Mani has over fifteen years of experience in the Software and Networking Industry involving Software Design, Software Development, Network Design, Network Implementation, Network Management, and Project Management. He has a career more than fifteen years in the high technology industry, including positions at Lucent Technologies and Tata Power. He has worked on projects in many countries encompassing the US and Singapore.

Rakesh is the Vice President of BPO services and is the head of delivery of Suma Soft’s BPO services. Rakesh has over 20 years of expertise in managing processes like loan processing, collection and fraud management, customer service for international and domestic financial services. He is responsible for managing BPO delivery including SLA management, new process migration, staffing and P&L (profit and Loss statement) for BPO service team.

Patricia Kaufman is the Vice President of Suma Soft. She is a seasoned senior executive with over 35 years of experience in large-scale, multi-site and off-shored document management and call center operations.

She has done her MBA from Adelphi University, New York.

Her most recent position was the Vice President of Customer Service Operations at Time Customer Service. Prior to that, she led customer service operations at Publishers Clearing House and The Reader’s Digest.

Pat has a deep understanding of Suma Soft’s infrastructure and focuses on delivering a superb product. “I understand that we must never lose sight of the client’s perspective. I was always impressed with how well Suma Soft understood my goals and deliverables and now I am honored to join their team!”

Anil is Head of IT Support and Tech Support Services at Suma Soft. He is an IT infrastructure and security management professional with over ten years experience into Information Technology in arenas like, System and Network Administration, Infrastructure Management, Governance, Design, Planning and Delivery of various aspects of Information Security in diverse functional areas.

Anil has over seven years experience in Information Security Services, such as, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Technical Audit, Network Security Architecture Review, Implementing and Auditing ISO 27001 standards across different industry verticals.

Head of IT Risk & Security Management Services

Milind Dharmadhikari is the Head of IT Risk and Security Management Services in Suma Soft Pvt. Ltd. he has around fifteen years of experience in consultative engagements in the areas involving ISO 27001, COBIT, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), SAS70/SSAE16, PCI-DSS & UK’s Data Privacy Act.

He has lead cross-functional teams on variety of client engagements including Enterprise-wide Information Systems Audits, Application Audits, BCP/DRP Reviews, Data Center Audits, Network & Security Audits, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, Information Security Due Diligence on Third Parties, Management Testing of SOX IT General Controls, IT Audits based on Regulatory Guidelines etc. Milind has worked as lead IT Advisory practice at BDO Consulting (Indian arm of BDO International, Worlds 5th largest accounting network) in the past.
He will be responsible for mentoring and driving the team’s efforts and quality delivery along with delivery time lines of customer engagements.

Ram is Head of USA Operations and is responsible for overall operations of Suma Soft’s USA office with a focus on strategic planning and financial management.

Ram has been in the High Tech and Energy sector for the last 25 years. He has done B.Tech from IIT, Madras and an MBA from Duke University. Ram is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He is a founder of several successful start up groups, in the U.S and India. His expertise in financial management includes innovative ideas of equity partnership arrangement with clients.

Suvarsha is Sr.Manager in BPO Operations. Her responsibilities include setting up processes to meet project SLA’s and continual improvement in customer services.

Suvarsha has an overall experience of 16 years in handling various domains of BPO like Loan setup process for NBFC’s, Order Subscription Management, Content Management, & Call Center services. Prior to Suma Soft she was associated with Versaware Technologies, e-publishing domain, as Shift Manager. Suvarsha has a masters degree in Statistics from Pune University.

Koustubh Mandhare is presently heading the U.S Mortgage Services at Suma Soft. He is a result-oriented professional with 15 years of Industry experience in BPO & KPO business.
He is a BSc. Graduate from University of Pune & holds Diploma in Software Technology & System Management from National Institute of Information Technology.
Koustubh has Worked on various lines of BPM Services like U.S Mortgage & Title, UK Insurance, Life & Pensions, Accounts & E-publishing.

His key responsibilities range from delivering quality services & projects to U.S clients to managing large teams and complex process in U.S Mortgage & Title Services. He has also performed versatile roles in operations, onsite transitions, training, quality assurance, corporate strategy, administration & Vendor Management.

In the past he has been associated with companies like WNS, Infosys, SLK BPO Services & Indecomm Global Services

She handles 2 major accounts for Suma Soft and is a result-oriented person with strong hold on MIS.
