The client is widely recognized as the premier supply chain solution provider for importers and exporters across North America. They offer a full suite of synergistic logistics solutions across major global pockets such as the USA, China, and Canada.

Project Requirements

The Customer used G Suite that didn’t provide structured storage and convenient search for large-sized invoice prototypes on emails. As a result, employee collaboration and user convenience were hindered. The client’s users often found that Gmail is not sufficient to offer sufficient bandwidth for file sharing.

They were also restricted by the size limit of the G Suite, propelling the users to go for other ways of file sharing.

Also, G-suite offered minimal space to each mailbox user. Thus, the client wanted a scalable solution for 350 operated users that offered huge bandwidth to carry out day-to-day operations.

  • Since G-suite didn’t allow integrating its mailboxes to its equivalent Outlook system, it must be done manually.
  • Labor laws impede the ability to run 24*7*365 support operations.
  • Queries left unattended due to high volume.

  • Migrate both its file and directory services from the current Novell Directory Services (NDS) environment to an existing Microsoft Active Directory (AD).
