meeting with Steering Committee and Top Management.
The requirement
gathering process will be a process driven exercise with emphasis on
active documentation, proactive analysis and support documentation
for implementation of the system.
Review mechanisms with agreed time
lines will be installed.
The entire process will not only quicken the implementation of the
ERP system , but will also enable QMS along the way.
