• All your Quality Management Systems and data and documents required to ensure the Certifications like ISO 9001:2000 etc., will be part of the system, thus enabling you to manage the quality assurance certification very easily.

• The software will provide for secure access of the system through internet and your traveling executives and auditors can access the system from their locations.

• The systems will be secured from illegal and unwanted accesses by a strong firewall.

• User license will be given for ERP system which will be fine tuned to suit your specific requirements for a period of 3 years at a time.

• The user license will cover the license for ERP and its components for five users. Additional users can be added at additional license fee.

• The OS ,Database, antivirus and other tools required specifically by the clients like Acrobat, or Crystal or any other reporting or functional tool will have to be procured by the client initially, however, as part of the managed service we will manage the same from year to year for renewal and upgrades.
