Remote Support

The ERP system and the related IT infrastructure will be remotely managed and supported. This includes the Application server, the database server and dedicated remote login machine.

As part of this service the client will get periodic detailed reports on the required parameters to monitor the security of data and IT assets. The functions will include maintaining uptime of critical assets as per agreed SLA, monitoring and addressing CPU and Disk space usage, Antivirus update level and status reporting, Backup procedures and monitoring.

Monitoring of critical services running on the servers and timely actions to avoid unplanned shutdowns.Monitoring Network activity and maintaining networks between critical components across the organization as per the defined scope and at per the agreed SLAs. This will free the client of the investment required in employing a IT department to take care of the IT systems catering to the ERP.
