Transaction Processing

Suma Soft's transaction processing service provides high volume high quality BPO transaction processing. These transactions could be performed using client provided BPO platforms or using the Suma Soft KVMS BPO platform. Transaction processing services include services such as order processing, document processing, application processing service. Suma Soft processed over 20 million transaction per year for our customers.

Order Processing

Order processing services, include converting  the  imaged order form into electronic fulfillment record. These orders are either mail order or catalog based order forms received and scanned by high speed scanners. Suma Soft provides KVMS platform which interfaces with the scanner and the back-end order fulfillment systems. On the KVMS platform this conversion is performed as a series of steps involving keying , QC and edit operations based on business rules. After the process is completed the orders are transmitted into client's order fulfillment systems.

Application and Document Processing

Suma Soft provides highly scalable and near real time application processing services for clients. Application processing services have been deployed for processes such as loan/mortgage applications, credit card applications.
