Infrastructure

We deploys world class infrastructure for our customers. Our delivery center infrastructure  are designed to provide secure, reliable  environments. Out infrastructure is certified to be compliant with ISO:27001 information security management systems. 

Facility Infrastructure

The delivery center is housed in a 15,000 sq feet facility with over 300 seats. This facility has central air-conditioning with modern modular furniture for optimum working comfort and 24x7 security personal. All access to the facility are controlled via access control systems and security personal, only authorized personal can access rights can enter.

Power Availability

The facility has dual diesel backup generator sets for power. These backup gen-sets can operate continuously without interruption for many days in case of extended power utility outage. In addition all power provided to computing and network infrastructure is protected via on-line UPS systems

Physical Security Systems

The facility is secured by 24x7 on-site security personal. Access to the facility is centrally controlled via proximity card based access control system. All server and critical computing infrastructure are located in server room which have a additional level of access control. Camera phone or digital cameras, USB drives or any other storage devices are not allowed into the facility.

Computing and Network Infrastructure

Computing infrastructure consists of desktop computers , 100 Mbps layer 3 network and ACL based access control within each  department's network. Additional security measures include restricted or no access to Internet, no floppy drives , no CD drives or no USB drives on machines.

Internet Connectivity

Internet connectivity is provided from multiple independent Internet Service Providers (ISP). The last mile connectivity for these links are provided via wire-line and wireless modes. This ensures reliable Internet connectivity at all times. All Internet connections are terminated on secure Internet firewalls.
