Pramod Naralkar

Responsibilities : Pramod Naralkar is Chairman of Suma Soft and provides the business strategies and vision for Suma Soft's business.

Resume : He has done his B.Tech from IIT Mumbai, and MS from Duke University, USA. On returning to India, he focused on expanding his construction business and today has one of the biggest construction companies in Pune. He has excellent business standing in the field of real estate business in India and has extensive business relationships with various large Indian Business Houses and Multinational Companies. His success has rested on good ethical business practices and sound business philosophies.

Surendra Brahme

Responsibilities: Surendra Brahme is Director India Operation and is responsible for day to day operations of Suma Soft Pvt. Ltd. He is also the Chief Financial Advisor for Suma Group of companies.

Resume : He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years experience in various fields such as financial management, Audits, Information Systems Audits and Taxation matters. He has vast experience in auditing and interacting with large Indian Corporate, Public sector Undertakings, and Defense Establishments. He has been on the panel of Auditors for Public Sector Banks, Insurance companies, and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He has extensive experience in setting up startup business units including software units and has a varied and extensive liaison experience with various Government Agencies. He has been associated with the Suma Group for the last 12 years.

C Manivannan

Responsibilities: Manivannan is VP Technical and is Head of Suma Soft's delivery and services organization. He is responsible for design, development and delivery of services and development projects.

Resume: Mr. Manivannan has over 15 years experience in the Software and Networking Industry involving Software Design, Software Development, Network Design, Network implementation, Network Management and Project Management. He has over fifteen years of experience in the high technology industry, including positions at Lucent Technologies and Tata Power. He has worked on projects in many countries including the US and Singapore.

Ram Ramchand

Responsibilities : Ram Ramchand, is Director USA Operations and is responsible for overall operations of Suma Soft's USA with a focus on strategic planning and financial management.

Resume : Mr. Ram Ramchand, has been in the high Tech and energy sector for the last 25 years. He has a B.Tech from IIT, Madras and an MBA from Duke University. Ram is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner He is a founder of several successful start up groups, in the U.S and India. His expertise in financial management including innovative ideas of equity partnership arrangement with clients could be important for low cost - high risk ventures in the IT sector.

Shekar Viswanathan

Responsibilities : Shekar Viswanthan is Sr. Vice President of Suma Soft USA operations. He is responsible for day to day operations of Suma Soft USA.

Resume : Dr Shekar Viswanathan, has over 20 year experience in high-tech industries Dr Viswanathan has extensive software development expertise including project development and operations in over 8 countries. His previous work experience includes senior management positions with Marsh & McLennan, Asia Brown Boveri and Wheelabrator Technologies. His academic training includes a PhD. in Chemical engineering from the University Windsor, Canada and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
